Can a Member have their Dressage test called?

Commanders are permitted in all classes except for the Novice, Intermediate and Open Area Competitions and Championships and Eventing Competitions at levels 2-5.

Commanders are not allowed for the Winter League Area Competitions and Championships, but are permitted at Preliminary Rounds.
