How do I set up a new overseas Branch?
Posted by on 23 May 2014 09:01 AM

All new Overseas Branches must be approved by The Pony Club Council, so we would need some information about the prospective Branch.  Please send us information about the existing riding school / club and facilities, if any, and what activities you organise already.

We will also require the following information; Names, addresses and contact telephone numbers of the DC and secretary of your proposed Branch, qualifications of the instructors who will be teaching. Please also send a link to your website if you have one, and any other information you can give us.

The affiliation fee for a new Overseas Branch is £250 which will be required once you have been approved and then a £100.00 annual renewal fee which is due at the end of every year.

Once you have been approved, your Branch will be included in The Pony Club Yearbook, you will be sent a 'new Branch pack' and you will be entitled to order any Pony Club Publications or merchandise at Members’ price.  Unfortunately we are not able to offer bulk discount on publications to Overseas Branches.
