Our Branch have adults attending a Pony Club UKCC course, are they covered under the Pony Club Employers' Liability Insurance?

Yes, if it is a Pony Club Organised course then all attendees and organisers are covered by the Pony Club Insurance. However if they are attending a course not organised by The Pony Club then they would not be covered under The Pony Club Policy.
