Are we covered to take some of our Members and Ponies to our local show offering pony rides?

Branches offering pony rides at local fates and country fairs are covered. The Pony Club public liability policy covers the individual branches for all their official activities which includes all social and fund raising activities. Therefore a branch offering pony rides would be covered up to a limit of indemnity of GBP 30,000,000.00.
